Discover elegant dining at our signature teppan grill and raw bar. High-end cuisine is complemented by an extensive beverage selection including top Japanese whiskeys, fine wine from our international wine cellar, sake and sochu. Teppan – 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM Bar – 5 PM to midnight

Blue Salt

Full-service all-day gourmet dining with a fresh, natural, cooked-to-order approach. Island-caught fish prepared with international flavors, Asian Fusion creations and fine European cuisine. Breakfast – 7 AM to 10:30 AM Lunch – 12 PM to 5 PM Dinner – 7 PM to 10 PM

Location

Our resort is located less than 50 kilometers north of the Equator, giving you the opportunity to swim across the hemispheres in addition to other amazing activities. To reach us, you’ll take a quick 55-minute flight from Malé to Kaadedhdhoo Airport, followed by a scenic 30-minute private yacht charter to the resort. Lounge service for the domestic flight will be provided by Maldivian Air at Malé international airport
